First up is...

Maeve Gilchrist Maeve is 19 years old.  She studied at the City of Edinburgh Music School and plays the clarsach, piano and pedal harp. And if that wasn’t enough she also sings. Maeve was awarded a Dewar Arts scholarship in January 2003 to study jazz at Berklee College of Music in Boston. The exciting scholarship will help Maeve expand her talents in jazz singing and piano and to improve her (already outstanding) abilities on the harp. If Maeve wasn’t busy enough – she has also been teaching the Clarsach for over two years. Listen to tracks recorded by the Maeve Gilchrist Trio.

Louise Stewart Louise is 20 years old.  After studying at Knightswood secondary school she won a scholarship in January 2003 to study at the AMDA “Fame” Academy in New York. Louise is a singer, dancer and actress. Since graduating in 2004 from AMDA Louise has been auditioning for numerous jobs in New York. So watch this space.

Andrew Lamb Andrew is a 26-year-old metalworker/jeweller.  He got First Class BA Honours from Edinburgh College of Art and won major awards in 2000 at the Business Design Centre. Andrew was given a Dewar Award in November 2003 towards his studies at the Royal College of Art in London. He is working hard for his Masters Degree. So keep an eye out for his work.
