New Work |
There are three types of support available through this fund:
- New Work Development
- Commissioning a playwright
- Script Development
Individual artists can apply to the New Work Development element of this fund - please refer to the Individuals Applications Guidelines 2008/09 for further details, but note that all applications, whether from companies or individuals, should be made on the application form for organisations 2008/09. |
26 January 2009, for projects taking place after 3 April 2009. |
Organisations can also apply for funds for: Audience Development and Organisational Development funding. See funding information across artforms for details. Organisations may also be eligible to apply for Capital funding.
Please note: The Scottish Arts Council will not normally fund productions through project funding that are programmed to appear at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival or Edinburgh International Festival only. Tours which include these festivals are eligible but the festival appearances must be part of a larger Scottish tour, the majority of performances must happen outside of the festivals.
For exceptions to this, please refer to organisations guidelines.
